Number of Participants:
Please inform us about the final number of participants 7 days before arrival in a written form.
Name List:
We kindly ask for a name list to guarantee a quick check-in 14 days before arrival.
Terms of payment and cancellation:
Cancellations until 90 days before arrival are free of charge. After that time until 30 days before arrival the cancellation fee is 25% and after that 80% of the total price. With the reservation we kindly ask for a deposit of 25%. Please transfer the rest on our account before arrival.
Exceptions only according to prior agreement!
