In ancient days the empress of Austria who was King Ludwig II's cousin used to visit the Schoell Family and loved to eat a special creamy cake. This cake is still produced today and is named "Sissi" which was the nickname of the beautiful empress.
Besides that we love to make all kinds of special cakes. Cakes for birthdays to cakes for weddings! We use all our knowledge and ability combined with creativity to create a perfect cake for a perfect celebration
